a picture whose dither is the databenjamin — this portrait is a live glyph. there is a message inside it.
The picture is the file.
DitherGlyph posterises a photo and hides your data in the arrangement of the dither
itself — which speck lands where. Nothing rides on top, nothing frames the edge; the
grain you're looking at is the payload. Text, voice, a face, a 3D model, any file. As little loss as the data allows,
entirely in your browser.
Sealing is AES-256-GCM; the passphrase never leaves this page.
There is no recovery — a sealed glyph without its passphrase is dither forever. Costs ~53 bytes.
Handle with care: the data lives in exact pixels. Share the PNG file
itself — AirDrop, upload, attach. A screenshot, a resize, or a pass through a chat app that
re-compresses images will destroy the weave.
